An international non-governmental organisation is inviting applications from eligible and registered companies/firms for pre-qualification to supply goods and services on a biennial basis for calendar years 2026 and 2027. The pre-qualification covers the following categories: spectacle frames, sunglasses, eyeglass lenses, computers, furniture, rent-a-car services, air ticketing, and stationery.

Interested companies must submit their applications along with the following documents by 25 November 2025:

1.     Certificate of Registration/Incorporation of the company or firm

2.     Valid NTN and STRN registration

3.     Documentary proof of capacity to supply relevant optical or listed items

4.     Bank account maintenance certificate

5.     List of the board of directors or senior management

6.     Proof of business premises ownership or lease agreement

7.     At least two references from existing clients

The organisation reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning a reason. Information will be treated as confidential and used solely for pre-qualification purposes.
