Job Title: Project Coordinator – Islamabad Office

Organization: Al Mustafa Welfare Trust

Duty Station: Islamabad, Pakistan

Reports To: Managing Director / Head of Programmes

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor all projects implemented in Islamabad and surrounding areas.
• Liaise with government departments, donors, hospitals, and partner organizations.
• Plan, implement, and monitor healthcare, education, emergency relief, and welfare projects.
• Prepare project proposals, work plans, budgets, and progress reports.
• Conduct field visits and ensure projects are implemented according to approved plans.
• Coordinate procurement and logistics for project activities.
• Maintain project documentation and beneficiary records.
• Organize meetings, training sessions, and stakeholder consultations.
• Ensure compliance with donor requirements and organizational policies.
• Submit weekly and monthly progress reports to the Head Office in Lahore.
• Coordinate with finance and HR departments regarding project staff, budgets, and expenses.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Social Sciences, Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project management, preferably with an NGO/INGO.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to travel within Islamabad and surrounding project areas.
• Experience in health, education, humanitarian, or community development projects will be preferred.
