Job Summary
Marie Adelaide Leprosy Centre (MALC) is seeking a qualified and experienced Optometrist to provide high-quality eye care services through its healthcare centre and community outreach activities. The selected candidate will play a key role in delivering comprehensive eye care, patient education, and clinical support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive eye examinations and vision assessments
- Diagnose and manage common ocular conditions
- Provide refraction services
- Provide pre- and post-operative care for eye patients
- Provide eye health awareness
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Work collaboration with eye care personnel and other healthcare staff at MALC main hospital and sub-centres in Karachi
- Bachelor in vision Science (BVS) (HEC Verified)
- 3–5 years of relevant clinical experience
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
Requirements:
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
