REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI)  

CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR FINANCIAL SUSTAINABILITY, MARKET AND  PERCEPTION ASSESSMENT TO STRENTHEN RESOURCE MOBILIZATION AT  PRCS  

1. Pakistan Red Crescent Society (PRCS), a leading humanitarian organization, invites  Expressions of Interest from reputed, qualified and experienced consultancy  firms/Individuals with a strong track record to support PRCS in strengthening its financial  sustainability, resource mobilization, stakeholder engagement and institutional positioning. 

2. The assignment comprises the following THREE (03) key components: 

i) Financial Analysis  

ii) Market Assessment 

iii) Stakeholder Perception Assessment  

and the assignment is expected to be completed within 10 weeks approximately from the  date of contract commencement. These studies can be commissioned to individual  consultants; however, it would be preferred to have one company or consultancy firm to  ensure complementarity while conducting these studies  

3. Interested and eligible firms/individuals are invited to submit their Technical and Financial  Proposals in accordance with[p the Tender Documents and Terms of Reference.  

4. To obtain the EOI/Tender documents, interested firms may submit a written request on their  official letterhead to PRCS Office at below mentioned address, or requests for the tender  documents via email to [email protected],. The Bidding Documents could also be  downloaded from Brightspyre and from the PRCS website at www.prcs.org.pk.  

5. Sealed proposals (Technical & Financial) must reach the PRCS Procurement Unit on or  before 07 September 2026 by 15:00 p.m. (PST). Technical Proposals will be opened on the  same day at 15:30 p.m. in the presence of interested firms or their authorized  representatives. Submission after deadline would not be entertained.
