The office of an international NGO invites sealed quotations from eligible manufacturers, factories, authorized dealers, and suppliers for the supply of school uniforms, black school shoes, and ALP Center uniforms for approximately 1,000 students under its Back to School (BTS) and Accelerated Learning Programme (ALP) initiatives in Union Council Kuri, Islamabad.

Scope of Supply

The procurement comprises the following two quotation lots:

Annexure A – Black School Shoes for FDE Students

• Black school shoes for male and female students across the required age groups and sizes.
• Only Bata and Servis brands are acceptable.
• Suppliers may offer the referenced articles or alternative designs from the same approved brand, subject to sample approval.

Annexure B – FDE School Uniforms and ALP Center Uniforms

• FDE school uniforms and accessories, including shirts, shalwars, trousers, sweaters, socks, scarves, ties, belts, caps, and other specified items.
• 200 complete, stitched, ready-to-wear Navy Blue shalwar kameez uniforms for male and female ALP students.
• ALP uniforms must comply with the specified fabric composition of 70% Polyester / 30% Viscose (VP Blend), 150–170 GSM, and approved measurements and designs.

Important Requirements

1. Suppliers may quote for Annexure A, Annexure B, or both. However, the selected annexure must be quoted in its entirety. Partial quotations will not be accepted.
2. Submission of finished samples for the items/designs quoted is mandatory. Samples must be properly labelled and reflect the actual material, colour, construction, size, and finish offered. Quotations without the required samples will be treated as non-responsive.
3. A bid security deposit of PKR 50,000 must accompany the quotation in the form of a Pay Order, Demand Draft, or Call Deposit in the name of “Zakat Foundation.”
4. All prices must be quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), inclusive of applicable taxes, transportation, packaging, delivery, distribution support, fitting/size assistance, exchanges, and defect replacements.
5. A minimum warranty/replacement period of 30 calendar days from delivery/acceptance is required.
6. The successful supplier must provide the required performance security, as specified in the RFQ, before issuance/commencement of the Purchase Order.
7. Suppliers must have the capacity to provide school/center distribution support, including setting up stalls, size-wise stock management, fitting assistance, and size exchanges at designated locations.
8. Quotations will be evaluated separately for each annexure based on technical compliance, sample quality, supplier capacity and experience, delivery/distribution commitment, and evaluated cost.
