Shifa Foundation invites sealed bids from eligible and reputable firms for the rehabilitation and maintenance of five Reverse Osmosis (RO) plants in Karachi, including civil works, solarization, and electrical works.

Scope of Work

The project includes rehabilitation of the following RO plants:

• Job # 01: Gareeb Abad, Karachi
• Job # 02: Gulshan Mustafa, Karachi
• Job # 03: Jamali Goth, Karachi
• Job # 04: Lassi Goth, Karachi East
• Job # 05: MCHC Abdullah Gabol, Karachi East

Eligibility Criteria

Interested bidders must fulfill the following requirements:

• Valid NTN & STRN registration
• Valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC)
• Proven experience in similar projects (preferably in Karachi)
• Not blacklisted or involved in any fraudulent or criminal activities
• Sound financial standing (bank statement required)

Important Instructions

• Bids must be submitted in hard copy with signed and stamped documents
• Bidders are required to fill Section II (BOQs) of the bidding document
• Late or incomplete bids will not be considered
• Prices must be quoted in PKR inclusive of all taxes
