Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end execution of project activities across multiple cities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, monitoring, and timely delivery of project milestones while ensuring operational excellence and stakeholder alignment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day execution of project activities across all assigned locations.
  • Develop, implement, and regularly update the project implementation plan, including detailed training schedules.
  • Provide leadership and supervision to the Program Manager, Project Assistants, IT Officer, and City Coordinators.
  • Ensure effective coordination and communication between trainers, city teams, and the Project Implementation Unit (PIU).
  • Monitor and evaluate training progress, including enrollment, attendance, and completion rates, ensuring targets are met.
  • Identify and resolve operational challenges escalated by City Coordinators and trainers in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate logistics and ensure all operational requirements are in place for smooth training delivery.
  • Ensure timely preparation, accuracy, and submission of project reports and documentation.
  • Maintain regular communication with internal stakeholders, senior management, and external partners.
  • Track project milestones and ensure adherence to timelines, proactively addressing any delays or risks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8–10 years of relevant experience in project management, preferably in multi-location program execution.
  • Proven experience in managing teams and coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience in training program management or development sector projects will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
