Provision of Hostel Facilities Rawalpindi and Islamabad

Hashoo Foundation invites registered vendors/service providers to submit their quotation for the provision of hostel facilities for girls and boys in Rawalpindi and Islamabad.

Scope of Services

The hostel accommodation shall be provided for boys and girls trainees on a 3–4 seater basis, including the following services:

• Three (03) meals per day

• Laundry services

• Mattress and carpet

• Neat, clean, and well-maintained rooms

• Wi-Fi facility

Rates shall be quoted on a per-trainee, per-month basis, inclusive of all applicable taxes.

The service provider will be responsible for ensuring safe, secure, and well-managed accommodation, including boarding, meals, hygiene, and routine maintenance, in accordance with required standards.

Eligibility Criteria

Interested vendors/service providers must meet the following requirements:

• Registered vendor/service provider with relevant government department

• Ownership or management of hostel facilities, guest houses, or residential accommodations

• Demonstrated ability to ensure safety, security, and quality services

• Ability to maintain daily attendance records of trainees and submit the same along with the monthly invoice

Validity of Rates

• The quoted rates shall remain valid for one (01) year, starting from the date of agreement.
