Tender Notice

Pak Mission Society (a company licensed under Section 42 of the Companies Act, 2017) is a national humanitarian organization working for the wellbeing of communities in Pakistan. We invite qualified and reputable PEC License Contractors Category (C5 & C6) and reputable general order Suppliers for the supplies and construction of following items through submission of sealed bids, as per detailed below:

Note: - Tender documents will be issued upon request on the bidder’s official company letterhead.

1. Interested bidders may collect the tender documents during office hours from Jan 26^th, 2026, to February 16^th, 2026 (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM) at the following address:

 Pre-Bid Meeting shall be held on February 16^th, 2026, at Pak Mission Society Head Office at H-333, Street # 29, G 14/4 Islamabad at 11:00 am for any clarification and question regarding drawings and BOQs.

 Tender opening meeting shall be held on February 17^th, 2026, at 2PM, at PMS Head Office H-333, Street # 29, G 14/4 Islamabad, therefore interested bidders should visit our Head Office by 2:00 PM. The Bids will be open on the same day at 2:00 PM at the above address, in the presence of bidders or their representatives.

 CDR Submission: At the time of bid submission, the Bidder/Supplier is required to submit a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR). Submission of the CDR is mandatory and must be 2.5% of the total bid value. (Pak Mission Society NTN # 3673174).

 Sample Submission: At the time of bid submission, the Bidder/Supplier must provide samples. Submission of samples is mandatory otherwise; the bid will not be considered.

 Rejection of Documents: Incomplete bid submissions, including without the required CDR and samples, will be rejected.

PAK MISSION SOCIETY reserves the right to reject any or all tenders or cancel the process without assigning any reason. The decision of Pak Mission Society shall be final, and any attempt to influence the process will lead to disqualification. The decision of the Pak Mission Society cannot be challenged or questioned on any forum.

 Pak Mission Society works for communities including children, women, and vulnerable groups. We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (SEA) against the communities we serve. It is the responsibility of everyone associated with us to uphold this policy. All selected vendors will undergo rigorous background checks regarding any past behavior related to (SEA).
