Relevant Experience:

Minimum 8–12 years of experience in mechanical field operations
At least 3–5 years in a managerial or supervisory mechanical role
Strong hands-on experience with rotating and static mechanical equipment
Proven experience in shutdowns, overhauls, and maintenance planning
Experience working in remote or field locations preferred
Terms of Reference (TORs) / Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise day-to-day mechanical field operations
Ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of mechanical equipment (pumps, compressors, generators, HVAC, pipelines, rotating & static equipment)
Plan, execute, and monitor preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance
Ensure compliance with HSE policies, safety standards, and company SOPs
Coordinate with operations, maintenance, logistics, and HSE teams at site
Monitor equipment performance, breakdown trends, and downtime analysis
Manage mechanical contractors, vendors, and third-party service providers
Prepare maintenance schedules, technical reports, and failure analysis
Ensure availability of mechanical spare parts, tools, and consumables
Lead site mechanical teams, manage manpower, shifts, and discipline
Support emergency response related to mechanical failures
