The Junior Educator will be responsible for creating a supportive and organized learning environment for students. This role involves delivering lesson plans, assessing student progress, and collaborating with senior faculty to ensure academic standards are met. The ideal candidate is a passionate educator with strong foundational teaching skills and a commitment to student development.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily lesson plans in accordance with the prescribed curriculum and learning objectives.

• Conduct regular tests, assignments, and oral evaluations to monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.

• Maintain a disciplined, safe, and positive classroom environment conducive to learning.

• Use the skills gained during certified teacher training to adapt teaching methods for students with diverse learning needs.

• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and behavioral observations.

• Assist in preparing progress reports and participate in meetings to discuss student development with parents.

• Attend workshops and staff meetings to stay updated on modern pedagogical techniques.

Requirements

• Must have completed  Intermediate (FA/FSc)

• Must possess a Certified Teacher certificate or diploma.

• A minimum of 03 years of teaching experience in a recognized school or educational setting.

• Proficiency in Urdu and English (written and verbal).

• Age Limit: 18 – 30 years.

• Ability to manage young learners with care and understanding.

• Efficiently managing lesson timings and administrative tasks.

• Ability to use visual aids and storytelling to make complex topics easy for children to understand.

• Ability to work effectively with other staff members and the school administration.
