Job Summary:

The Corporate Lead for CWP and MICADR will be responsible for building and managing a strong corporate fundraising pipeline to support these two strategic initiatives of Legal Aid Society. • Identify prospective corporate leads, initiate outreach, and set up meetings
  • Develop and articulate a clear narrative that aligns LAS’s mission with CWP and MICADR for corporate engagement

  • Coordinate internal follow-ups to ensure timely proposals, presentations, and responses to corporate partners
  • Track engagement progress, meetings, and outcomes, and report regularly on pipeline status
  • Support the structuring of CSR partnerships, sponsorships, and long-term corporate collaborations
  • Ensure consistency of messaging and alignment with LAS’s broader resource development strategy

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Development Studies, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in corporate partnerships, fundraising, business development, or CSR engagement
  • Experience working with or engaging corporates in the non-profit or social sector is strongly preferred
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Ability to translate programmatic needs into clear, compelling partnership narratives
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups

Reporting Line:

Reports to: Resource Development / Fundraising Lead

Works closely with: CWP and MICADR teams, Communications, and Finance

Why This Role Is Important:

CWP and MICADR require sustained, relationship-driven corporate engagement to grow and remain impactful. A dedicated Corporate Lead ensures focused fundraising efforts, stronger partnerships, and consistent resource mobilization that cannot be achieved through a lean, shared team structure.
