Relevant Experience & Job Description:

1- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agriculture is required, with strong knowledge of regenerative and sustainable cotton production. Candidates should have a minimum of two years of progressive field experience in the Better Cotton Project or other agricultural development projects.

2- Experience in supervising field activities, guiding and supporting field staff, conducting farmer trainings, collecting and analyzing field data, sharing results, and preparing reports is required.

These positions are offered on a one-year contract basis with the possibility of extension based on performance and project requirements.
