Aga Khan Health Service, Pakistan, is looking for a competent Physiotherapist based at Aga Khan Medical Center, Booni, in Chitral Region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initial Patient evaluation to identify the patient’s needs.
- Correct History taking from the patient.
- Determine appropriate treatment program.
- Execution of treatment program using required physiotherapy modalities and techniques.
- Meeting the patient needs in terms of rehabilitation.
- Regular assessment of Patient’s progress.
- Monitoring patient’s relief and level of functionality.
- Planning, executing and attending outreach camps in the selected geographies on regular basis.
- Maintaining patients’ database and regularly updating.
- Developing and sharing reports and success stories on regular basis
- Performing any other duties assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications & Experience:
- DPT/BSC in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution with valid practicing license
- At least 2 + years of experience in the relevant field.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, teams, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Have experience working with community health initiatives.
- Results-driven, ethical and adaptable professional with a strong service and stakeholder focus.
- Strong integrity with the sensitivity to manage confidential information.
- Demonstrates superior organizational skills and the agility to multitask and assume changing strategic responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
- Possesses strong integrity, intellectual humility and demonstrable expertise in navigating ambiguity and constant change.
- It shows resilience, flexibility and perseverance, especially during challenging periods.
- Culturally sensitive, inclusive and respectful of diverse populations, reflecting the global values of AKDN.
- A deep passion and commitment to AKDN’s purpose, values and ethical framework. Flexibility to work as required to meet AKHS mandates
