Job Summary:
The Project Assistant will support the Program Coordinator in the effective implementation and administration of project activities. The position requires strong organizational, documentation, data management, and reporting skills. The candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Excel and capable of handling beneficiary data, maintaining records, and supporting field activities.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Program Coordinator in day-to-day project implementation and coordination.

Maintain proper filing systems and ensure organized management of project documents and records.

Perform accurate data entry and update beneficiary information in digital databases and Excel sheets.

Prepare, organize, and maintain project files, beneficiary records, and supporting documents.
-
Generate reports, summaries, and data analysis using Microsoft Excel.

Support monitoring and verification activities through field visits when required.
-
Assist in preparing activity reports, meeting minutes, and project documentation.

Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of beneficiary information and project records.

Coordinate with field teams for data collection and verification.

Support communication and follow-up with beneficiaries and stakeholders.

Perform any other tasks assigned by the Program Coordinator.
Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Computer Science, or a related field.

Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.

Strong data management and record-keeping skills.

Good report writing and communication skills.

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Ability to conduct field visits and work with diverse communities.

Prior experience in project support, data entry, or NGO sector will be preferred.
Eligibility Criteria:

Female candidate preferred.

Must be a local resident of Rawalpindi or Islamabad.

Experience in beneficiary data management and report writing.
