Z.M.K. & Co. invites applications for multiple positions to support the UNDP Decentralization, Human Rights and Local Governance (DHL) Project in Quetta, Baluchistan. These positions are purely on a contract basis with fixed salary packages. Females are encouraged to apply.

1.	Strategic Advisor NCHR	1	Advanced degree in Law, Human Rights, Public Policy, Gender Studies, Development Studies, International Relations, or related field.	Minimum 7–10 years of professional experience in human rights, governance, public policy, or strategic advisory roles. Strong knowledge of human rights frameworks, national and international legislation, and governance systems in Pakistan. Demonstrated experience in policy analysis, strategic planning, and stakeholder coordination.
2.	Human Rights Coordinator	2	Bachelors Degree in Human Rights, Law, International Relations, Development Studies, Social Sciences, or relevant field related to human rights.	At least 2 years of professional work experience at the national and/or international level in human rights, law, or governance. Demonstrated capacity to conduct high-quality legislative and policy research in the area of human rights.
3.	NCHR Legal Officer	1	Bachelors Degree in Law (LLB or JD)	At least 03 years of professional work experience at the national and/or international level as a lawyer, in legal research, litigation, or legal advocacy Experience in Business & Human Rights litigation is an advantage.
