1. Job Profile
The Office Helper will maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility, including daily cleaning of restrooms, kitchens, and appliances, while ensuring supplies are stocked. They will serve tea, coffee, and meals to guests and staff and assist with other tasks as assigned. Adherence to health, safety, and teamwork is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean, Stock, Supply designated facility areas(dusting, Sweeping, Vacuuming, Mopping Cleaning ceiling vents, restrooms cleaning, etc.)
- Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
- Ensuring that all toilets & kitchen are cleaned and disinfected daily.
- Notify management of occurring deficiencies or need for repairs
- Stock & maintain supply rooms
- Cooperate with the rest of the staff
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Daily cleaning of the Kitchen, as well as its appliances (fridge, ovens, dishes, shelves, cups. etc.
- Serving of tea, coffee, and Lunch to guests and in the office.
- Serve lunch for Visitors, Guest and Office Staff
- Any other work allocated by the Organization Supervisor
- Will ensure the highest standards of behavior inside and outside of work promotes the values in Organization code of conduct and safeguarding policies
- Will be a model for ethical conduct standards for other team members
- Will ensure own actions and the actions of the teams members they manage do not impact the safety of the Organization team and the vulnerable communities we serve
- Will ensure external stakeholders are aware of Organizational conduct and reporting mechanisms
- Report any concerns

Essential criteria
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and practices
- Ability to read and follow instructions
- Minimum Experience of 3 years in INGO/Multinational companies
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Ability to prepare refreshments as and when asked
- A commitment to Gender issues
