TERMS OF REFERENCE

Financial Literacy Consultant

Expected outputs/Deliverables:

The consultant will conduct sessions on the following topic to enhance understanding and conceptual clarity to make learners familiarize for future business interventions.      

  • Profit and loss
  • Revenue
  • Income statements
  • Balance sheet
  • Cost of goods sold
  • Expenses
  • Cash flow statement
  • Assets
  • Liabilities
  • Equity
  • Capital expenses
  • Maintain close coordination with project manager to make the product development initiative a major success.

 The following outputs should be delivered within the given timeframe (120 days a total):

Time Frame:  The assignment will be implemented over a time span of 01 month. The staff must be available as needed during the period earmarked for the consultancy.

Key Qualifications of Consultant

  • Minimum 3-5 years’ working experience in financial literacy  
  • Willing to travel to project areas and understand the culture and Norms of Sindh.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in conducting trainings on product development.
  • Proven experience in financial literacy.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team. 

Reporting Requirements: Reporting to the Project Manager.  

Terms of Payment: The consultant payment will be comprised of: i. Fee: Payment to cover for the services provided to carry out this assignment as per the TOR. Payment will be made in installments as follows: 40% will be released on the signing of contract, 40% after the completion sessions in all centre and 20% after the successful completion of assignment along with MoVs.
