The Aga Khan Health Service, Pakistan (AKHS, P) is seeking for highly organized and detail-oriented HR Officer-Compensation & HR Operations based at Central Office, Rawalpindi.

Responsibilites:

  • The incumbent will be responsible to assist HR team in executing of functions related to compensation & HR operations across the AKHS, P including preparation of monthly payroll of more than 1000 staff, administration of staff benefits that includes, PF, gratuity, leaves, health & life insurance, and processing of full & final settlement of outgoing staff. 
  • S/ he will assist HR team to complete periodic performance appraisal cycle and increment from data entry/verification to issuance of letters. 
  • S/he will be responsible to maintain and update personal files and other compensation & statutory record as per standard checklists.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources / finance or any other related field with 2 or more years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in healthcare sector will be an added advantage.
  • The ideal candidate for this position will have a solid background in HR, with a profound understanding of compensation management, payroll administration, and general HR operations. 
  • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in HR softwares (ERP/HRIS) are prerequisites for success in this role. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential as you will collaborate with various stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external vendors.
