Project Overview:

A project in Swat District, KP, aims to promote social cohesion by empowering youth and creating sustainable pathways for peace and stability in the region through social entrepreneurship.


Job Role:
The social media Trainer will develop and conduct training sessions to enhance participants' understanding of social media platforms, engagement strategies, and analytics to promote positive narratives and counter misinformation.

2. Develop Training Modules

- Design a curriculum covering social media fundamentals, analytics,  branding strategies for a social enterprise. Effective communication of message to the right audience through social media posts – static and video/Reel

-Understanding current and emerging social media platforms and trends

-Creating and managing social media presence, understanding and engaging target audience.

-Social listening and social media audits.

-understanding tools and tactics of social media platforms and content types.

-Conducting a live session on social media platforms.

-Understanding lead generation and sales using social media

-How to run ads on SM

3. Conduct Training Sessions

- Facilitate workshops on social media platforms and engagement for a small business/social enterprise

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in media, Communication, or related fields.
  • Experience:
    • At least 3 years of experience in social media engagement and training.
    • Expertise in social media campaigns for businesses, analytics, and strategy development.
    • Experience working with youth or underserved communities is an advantage.

Skills Requirements:

  • Strong facilitation skills with an interactive training approach.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools and strategies to counter misinformation.
  • Proficiency in English, Urdu, and Pashto.

Terms of Payment:

  • First Payment (50%) – Upon submission of Deliverable 1 (Needs Assessment Report) and completion of Deliverables 2 and 3 (Training Curriculum and Workshops)
  • Final Payment (50%) – Upon submission of Deliverable 4 (Post-Training Evaluation Report).
