Terms & Conditions:
1) Only FBR-registered vendors are eligible.
2) Quote must be on the company’s letterhead with sign and stamp.
3) Include the date of the quote, NTN, and STRN number in the quotation.
4) Quotations can be sent via official email otherwise original quotation must reach to procurement office.
5) Include the GST in Quotation.
6) Submit the original quotation, invoice, and delivery challan at the time of delivery.
7) Delivery time is one week after receiving the purchase order.
8) Payment will be released within 30 days after delivery.
9) SZABIST ZABTech reserves the right to cancel the process at any stage.
10) Income Tax as per government tax rules will be deducted from the total amount unless an exemption certificate is provided from the income tax department.
