CARE Pakistan is seeking a qualified consulting firm to conduct a Multi-Hazard Vulnerability and Risk Assessment (MHVRA) Study in 585 villages across 17 Union Councils in Sujawal and Badin districts, Sindh. This study will identify disaster risks, assess community vulnerabilities, and provide recommendations for disaster management planning.

📍 Location: Sujawal & Badin, Sindh
⏳ Duration: 50 days
🎯 Objective: Assess multi-hazard risks, develop risk maps, and provide strategic recommendations for resilience building
📑 Scope: Data collection, analysis, and stakeholder engagement
Eligibility Criteria:
✔ Proven experience in disaster risk assessment and climate resilience studies
✔ Expertise in qualitative & quantitative research methodologies
✔ Strong understanding of Sindh’s socio-economic & environmental context
