TENDER NOTICE: BPAK071/OLT/04-2025

Cesvi is an international NGO headquartered in Italy, and it has been operating in Pakistan since 2005, with multiple humanitarian and development projects.

With the present document, Cesvi is inviting interested companies to present quotations for the Off-Farm Value Chain Services through the following Open Local Tender.   

Terms & Conditions:

All national firms/companies can collect the Tender documents/dossier from the Cesvi Country Office or by requesting through the e-mail address [email protected] by 17 March 2025 at 1500 Hrs.

1. Sealed tenders/bids must be submitted in two envelopes marked A (Financial offer) and B (Technical information, including delivery time and previous work experiences). Bids submitted without all the requested documents and the signing of Annexes may not be considered for further evaluation. A Performance Guarantee may be collected from the winning bidder later.
2. Sealed Bids/Tenders must be submitted by 1530 hrs on 20 March 2025 at Cesvi Country Office, Second Floor, 1-E (South) Atta Turk Avenue, D-Chowk, Islamabad. They should be marked “Not to be opened before 20 March 2025.” Electronic bidding is NOT ALLOWED. In case of a public holiday, protest, or city closure, the submission deadline will be the next working day.  
3. The tender opening session will be held in the Cesvi Islamabad Office on 20 March 2025 at 1600 Hrs. It will be attended by the bidder’s representatives (only one representative from each bidder) who wish to witness the tender opening.
4. Bidder must not be engaged in any corrupt, fraudulent, collusive, or coercive practices, including but not limited to applying/bidding by multiple names/companies. If any bidder is found to be involved in such practices, their bid will be rejected, and the companies in question will be permanently blacklisted.
5. The lowest price will not be the sole criterion for selecting bids. Delivery time, previous experience, and technical/quality criteria will also be considered.
6. Inquiries, requests, and questions about this tender can be sent by email to [email protected]  no later than 1700 hrs on 17 March 2025. Questions raised and answers will be communicated via email to all registered tenderers by 18 March 2025. Inquiries by phone will NOT be entertained.
