Pre-Bid Meeting:

A pre-bid meeting will be scheduled for March 11^th, where interested vendors can attend an online session. This meeting will be hosted by BRC along with technical person from Programs department. The meeting link is shared below:

• The session (approx. 30 minutes) will provide an opportunity for vendors to raise any concerns, seek clarifications, and receive feedback on the RFQ.

Submission Requirements:

Interested firms must meet the following requirements and should be able to provide valid evidence upon request.

• Bidders must submit a complete dossier that includes:
• Organizational profile
• Business Registration (NTN/STRN)
• Relevant past experience
• Quotation with detailed information (validity, taxes, transportation, specifications, delivery, etc.)
• Hard copies of the complete dossier should be sent only to the Karachi office, addressed to the Bid Committee.
• Incomplete submissions will not be considered.

• The offered prices shall be quoted in Pakistani Rupees only.
• All offers in the English language must be delivered to the office address mentioned below by 17:00 hrs on March 20, 2025. Late submissions will not be accepted.
• The awardee shall provide a 5% Performance Bond in the form of a Pay Order or Demand Draft made payable to CWSA upon signing the contract.
