Qualifications & Experience:  

  • 16 years of Education preferably in Business Administration, Public Administration or Supply Chain Management. 

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in NGO Sector. 

  • Hands-on experience of Procurement / Supply Chain Management. 

  • Proficiency in Administrative, logistics and security measures. 

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills (Verbal & non-verbal). 

Major Role & Responsibilities: 

  • Ensure and compliance of Organization policies & procedures with respect to Administration, Logistics, Security, Procurement and Facility Management. 

  • Source and evaluate suppliers

  • Negotiate Contracts and prices. 

  • Manage inventory and warehouse operations. 

  • Manage head office and field offices administrative functions and operations. 

  • Optimize Logistics process. 

  • Responsible for the management of transportation activities. 

  • Ensure the Compliances of Regulatory authorities and Donors’ requirements. 

  • Responsible for the Audit compliances in respect to Administrative, Logistics & Procurement matters. 

  • Keep proper record of Organization vehicles. 

  • Maintain proper record Organization Assets and submit the report to the Management as and when required. 

  • Ensure supplies of stationary and office are always available and replenish as necessary. 

  • Responsible for the purchase of office assets including IT equipment’s

  • Responsible management of monthly utility usages such as telephones, fax, stationery, etc.

  • Ensuring timely payment is made. Maintain records of electricity, telephone (office and personal) and fax usage. 

  • Contracts with external suppliers such as newspapers, tickets, stationery, hotels, etc. 

  • Admin & Log manager is responsible for logistic related coordination with RF & Team, Vendor and head office.

  • Responsible for ensuring logistic compliance of the Donor and will be responsible for record keeping.
