CARE Pakistan is seeking a qualified consultant or consulting firm to implement a structured training program on the Grievance Redressal Mechanism (GRM) for the textile sector. The consultant will be responsible for training Master Trainers (Grievance Officers) and GRM Committee Members across five major industrial hubs: Lahore, Karachi, Faisalabad, Sialkot, and Multan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a customized training rollout plan.

• Conduct 10 ToT and GRM Committee training sessions (2 days each) over two months.

• Deliver refresher sessions in the same locations.

• Provide factory-level support and mentoring (virtual/in-person).

• Submit comprehensive training reports, including recommendations.

Consultant Profile:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in workforce training, labor rights, or industrial relations.

• Proven experience in ToT delivery, preferably in the textile/garment sector.

• Strong communication and facilitation skills.

• Fluency in English, Urdu, and at least one regional language (Punjabi/Sindhi/Saraiki preferred).

Tentative Timeline:

• Start Date: August 1, 2025

• End Date: January 31, 2026

• Total Duration: Six months
