CARE Pakistan, a leading humanitarian and development organization, is seeking the services of a qualified and experienced tax consultancy firm. The selected firm will be engaged under a Framework Agreement to provide expert tax advisory, compliance, and representation services in line with applicable federal and provincial tax laws.
Scope of Work Includes:

Advisory on income tax obligations and restructuring of salary structures

Timely tax compliance, reporting, and IRIS portal management

Renewal of exemptions and ongoing tax law updates

Representation before tax authorities (FBR/KPRA) for audits, appeals, and other matters

Training and support to CARE Pakistan staff on taxation issues
Eligibility Requirements:
-
Minimum 5 years of relevant tax consultancy experience
-
Proven track record with at least 5 INGOs/NGOs (documentary proof required)

Functional office in Islamabad
-
No conflict of interest or blacklisting
-
Valid SECP registration
-
Qualified and experienced tax advisory team (CA/ACCA)
