Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in site supervision, construction management, or infrastructure projects (experience with donor-funded or NGO projects preferred). |
- Excellent verbal communication skills, computer literacy, and knowledge of local languages (Pashto) will be preferred.
- Preference will be given to candidates from District Shangla who meet the required qualifications and criteria.
