Terms & Conditions:
- Prices must be inclusive of all applicable taxes.
- Clearly specify payment terms in your quotation.
- Include a detailed work plan.
- Required C4, C5 Category PEC Certificates.
- The validity of the quotation should be 60 days.
- Submit the quotation on your company letterhead, duly signed and stamped, ensuring it includes all requested information.
- Delivery location: As per the attached school list
- 20,000/- PKR (refundable) in terms of demand draft / pay order must be accompanied with quotation / bid on account of bid security.
- Qualifier of the bid must submit 3% of the bid value as performance bond in shape of pay order / demand draft in the name of Human Development Foundation. This performance bond is refundable after 03 months of project completion.
