Organizational Background: Action Against Hunger (ACF) is a global humanitarian organization committed to ending world hunger. With operations in over 45 countries, ACF works to save the lives of malnourished children while providing communities with access to safe water and sustainable solutions to hunger. In Pakistan, ACF has been actively engaged in nutrition, food security, WASH, and disaster risk reduction interventions

Position Summary: ACF is seeking qualified and motivated enumerators to support data collection for beneficiary assessment. The Enumerators will be responsible for conducting structured household interviews, ensuring high data quality and adherence to protocols. This is a field-intensive, short-term assignment ideal for candidates with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.


Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct household interviews using structured questionnaires
• Collect accurate and complete data using digital data collection tools
• Ensure data quality and adherence to survey protocols
• Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards during data collection
• Report daily progress to the survey supervisor
• Participate in pre-survey training and briefing sessions

Required Qualifications:
Essential:

• Preference given to Local residence in target area
• Preference given to Local residence in target area
• Previous experience in Baseline, Endline assessments etc.
• Strong communication skills in local languages (Sindhi/Urdu)
• Good working knowledge of English language
• Understanding of local culture and community dynamics
• Bachelor's degree (BS) or equivalent qualification
• Ability to work effectively both in team and independently

• Experience working with humanitarian organizations
