• Payment processing of Islamabad and field offices
• Adjustment Vouchers Preparation
• Vouchers filling
• Income tax with-holding (Payment & data upload on portal)
• Sales tax with-holding (Payment & data upload on portal)
• EOBI Working & Payment (Through EOBI Online Portal)
• Petty Cash - Office Operations
• Cheques' Issuance Summary preparation
• Financial Report to Trustee Mrs. Fouzia Mubasher
• Data for Withholding Tax Statement Filling
• Making Agreements/Purchase/Work Orders
• Preparation of financial statements for External Audit
• Tax Challans to Vendors
• Sales Tax Withholding and Payment in Govt Exchequer
• Liaison with Tax Consultants on Tax Queries

 Job Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Financial Management, preferably with certification.
• A minimum of five years of relevant experience, preferably in a donor-funded environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Urdu.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite as well as capacity to operate in databases.
• Ability to be professional, calm, flexible, resilient, solution-oriented, and creative.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally, when needed.
• Excellent report writing and presentation skills
• Ability to meet targets within tight deadlines
