QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Master’s degree in Data Science, Public Health, Environmental Science, GIS, or related field
• Minimum 05 years of experience in data management, preferably in WASH, humanitarian, or development sectors
• Strong skills in data visualization (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, GIS tools) and statistical analysis
• Experience working with government stakeholders and multi-sectoral data systems
• Familiarity with climate resilience, emergency preparedness, and SDG monitoring frameworks
• An advance university degree (Master’s or above) in civil, Water Resources and Management, Urban Development and/or Engineering or any other equivalent degree.
TERMS OF REFERENCE:
• Demonstrated ability to maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including legal institutions, local governments and policymakers.
• Demonstrated ability to represent the organization at coordination meetings with donors, local government, coordination bodies, UN Agencies and other international NGOs required
• Report writing skills required.
SCOPE OF WORK:
The consultant will be responsible to:
• Consolidate and streamline WASH-related datasets.
• Engage with government counterparts for data harmonization, and
• Use data-driven advocacy to promote investment in climate-resilient WASH services.
