1. Key Responsibilities Tender & Bid Management , Assist in identification, review, and analysis of tender opportunities (PEC, PPRA, EPC, donor-funded projects). Prepare bid checklists and ensure compliance with tender requirements. Documentation & Compliance , Compile and organize bid documents including: o Company profiles o Past experience o Financial statements o Bank letters, guarantees, and affidavits ,Ensure bids comply with PPRA/PEC/client requirements. , Maintain proper version control and document registers. Submission & Follow-up ,Assist in timely submission of bids (online and physical). ,Coordinate bid opening attendance and record results. , Support post-bid clarifications, negotiations, and correspondence.
Qualifications & Experience , Bachelor’s degree. Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in bidding/tendering for construction or infrastructure projects.
3. Skills & Competencies , Strong understanding of bidding procedures. , Good analytical and organizational skills. , Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PDF documentation. , Ability to work under tight deadlines. , Strong communication and coordination skills.
