Shifa Foundation, with technical and financial support from UNICEF, is implementing the Integrated Services Delivery (ISD) Project across 15 high-risk Union Councils of Karachi. The project addresses key public health challenges including low immunization coverage, malnutrition, and limited maternal and child healthcare services.

 Objective of the Assignment

The objective is to improve community awareness and engagement on immunization, polio prevention, and key health behaviors through interactive approaches such as theatre, stakeholder engagement, and digital campaigns. The initiative aims to increase vaccine uptake, address misconceptions, promote Measles/Rubella vaccination, and strengthen community trust.

 Scope of Work

The selected firm will be responsible for:

• Conducting 6 community theatre sessions in low-coverage areas
• Organizing 30 stakeholder engagement sessions (Health & Education Departments)
• Executing:
• 03 digital campaigns (content provided by Shifa Foundation)
• 04 digital campaigns (content creation by firm)
• Running campaigns (7–10 days each) via cable networks and digital platforms
• Implementing 60 HCD-based community sessions (approx. 50 participants per session)
• Managing complete event logistics including stage setup, sound systems, branding, seating (60–100 participants), tents, and refreshments
• Coordinating with government stakeholders (HEOs, DEOs, LHWs, CHWs, etc.)
• Ensuring high-quality production, storytelling, and audience engagement

 Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in event management and theatre-based interventions
• Experience with government/development sector projects
• Proven work in community engagement in Sindh
• Experience in health awareness campaigns (RI, Polio, etc.)
• Availability of qualified storytellers and production team
• Capacity to manage logistics and large-scale community events
