Job Title: Project Administrator– School Health Program

Key Responsibilities:


Program Planning and Development:

  • Design and implement a comprehensive school-based eye health program in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop program goals, strategies, and work plans tailored to the needs of the target community.


Implementation and Coordination:

  • Coordinate with school administrations, community leaders, and healthcare providers to execute program activities.
  • Ensure timely deployment of resources, including staff, equipment, and supplies.
  • Supervise field teams conducting screenings, awareness sessions, and referrals.


Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Establish monitoring and evaluation frameworks to track program impact.
  • Prepare and submit detailed progress reports to senior management and funding partners.
  • Identify challenges and propose actionable solutions to improve program outcomes.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Build and maintain relationships with local education authorities, healthcare facilities, and other partners.
  • Represent the organization in meetings, seminars, and community events to promote the program.

Budget Management:

  • Oversee program budget allocation and ensure adherence to financial protocols.
  • Prepare financial reports and ensure cost-effective program implementation.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A Master’s degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, Project Management, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in public health project management, preferably in school health or community health programs.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English and Urdu; knowledge of regional languages is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in related healthcare, and community-based programs.
  • Knowledge of monitoring and evaluation frameworks.
  • Ability to work in diverse and underserved communities.

Working Conditions:

  • Based in Attock, with frequent field visits to schools and local communities.
  • Occasional travel to other locations for training and coordination.
