Job Title: Project Administrator– School Health Program
Location: Attock, Pakistan
Organization: Vision Health Care Foundation
Key Responsibilities:
Program Planning and Development:
- Design and implement a comprehensive school-based eye health program in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop program goals, strategies, and work plans tailored to the needs of the target community.
Implementation and Coordination:
- Coordinate with school administrations, community leaders, and healthcare providers to execute program activities.
- Ensure timely deployment of resources, including staff, equipment, and supplies.
- Supervise field teams conducting screenings, awareness sessions, and referrals.
Monitoring and Reporting:
- Establish monitoring and evaluation frameworks to track program impact.
- Prepare and submit detailed progress reports to senior management and funding partners.
- Identify challenges and propose actionable solutions to improve program outcomes.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with local education authorities, healthcare facilities, and other partners.
- Represent the organization in meetings, seminars, and community events to promote the program.
Budget Management:
- Oversee program budget allocation and ensure adherence to financial protocols.
- Prepare financial reports and ensure cost-effective program implementation.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A Master’s degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, Project Management, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in public health project management, preferably in school health or community health programs.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and Urdu; knowledge of regional languages is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in related healthcare, and community-based programs.
- Knowledge of monitoring and evaluation frameworks.
- Ability to work in diverse and underserved communities.
Working Conditions:
- Based in Attock, with frequent field visits to schools and local communities.
