Objective of role.
- Development of the projects and plan to ensure maximum performance, by providing purpose, direction, and implementation.
- Assist GM Programmes in preparation of projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation.
- Assist in coordination with internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget.
- Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met.
- Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes.
- Proposal writing for the projects to be initiated and to generate progress as well as project completion reports.
Responsibilities
- Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Assist in developing and maintaining partnerships with third-party resources, including vendors and researchers.
- Ensure Finance Management of project from start to end.
- Ensure risk Management of the project in all aspects of financial management.
- Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables.
- Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan.
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
- Assist in liaising with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
- Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
- Track project milestones and deliverables.
- Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.
- Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle.
- Conduct project postmortems and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
- Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.
- Writing of proposal for the projects to be initiated and to generate progress as well as project completion reports.

- Program representation of MF at provincial level.
- Proposals & reports writing.
Job Specifications
Academic: Minimum Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (16 years) preferably in management sciences/public administration/social sciences.
Experience: A high profile professional having at least six years’ experience of dealing with provincial government officials, elected members, and community. Also having an experience of conceiving, designing and monitoring of educational projects at provincial or national level
Trainings: Project management, Leadership and team building, study of different programs in various countries and Project Management.
