Required qualifications and experience:

• Master’s degree in social sciences.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in women protection, GBV issues, and engaging men and boys to address GBV.
• Experience in research, data collection, and management for strategy development.
• Strong expertise in training, facilitation, and report writing.
• Prior experience in program planning, implementation, and documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Office and data maintenance.
• Strong networking, communication, and project management skills.
• Sensitivity towards gender, women, and children’s issues.
• Ability to interact with donors, stakeholders, and government entities.
• Experience in conducting Training of Trainers (TOT).
