Experience: Minimum 15 years in managing high-rise residential or commercial projects, preferably with a private developer.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory). PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire construction process of a seven high-rise building project, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.
• Develop and implement project-specific KPIs (e.g., milestone completion, budget adherence).
• Utilize tools like Primavera P6, Procore, or Buildertrend to monitor progress, communicate delays, and resolve any arising issues promptly.
• Lead, manage, and assign responsibilities to teams, including engineers and subcontractors.
• Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules, integrating critical high-rise activities like concrete pours, crane operations, and façade installations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring all concerns are addressed effectively.
• Oversee regular quality audits and enforce strict compliance with safety standards, local building codes, and environmental regulations.
• Proactively identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.

Skills Required:

o Extensive knowledge of high-rise construction, logistics, and sequencing.
o Expertise in using construction management software such as Procore, Primavera P6, and MS Project. o Strong leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
o Ability to manage high-pressure environments and deliver complex projects successfully.
